At MBSC we offer clubhouse rentals for your special occasion.

In 2011 we renovated our facility and brightened up the look with a traditional Cape Cod styling.  Our beautiful 100 seat wainscoted function room upstairs contains a full-service bar and new ADA accessible restrooms.

Our downstairs level contains a rustic meeting hall which seats 70, a full service bar, new ADA accessible unisex restroom and a galley kitchen complete with 3 ovens, commercial size freezer and chiller for food preparation. 

Clubhouse rental fees are as follows:

Member = $100.00

Non-Member = $200.00

Refundable Cleaning Deposit = $75.00*

*The cleaning deposit must be paid by separate check and will be returned upon completion of  inspection after function is over assuming the condition of the clubhouse is left clean and in same condition as when it was rented.

If a bartender is required, an additional $50- fee will be added to the above price. 

Please note:  Absolutely NO outside liquor is to be brought onto the club property.  If you wish to have alcoholic beverages at your function you must request to have a club bartender on-site.  Any violation of this will result in immediate removal of violator from club premises.
